Warranty
There are no refunds on any "Special Order" products.
No exceptions. "Special Orders" are any product we
do not have in stock at the time of the sale.
This includes, but is not limited to, covers and pillows.
FUTON FACTORY warrants its wood and mattress products and all parts. thereof, except as set forth below, to be free from defective materials and workmanship from the date of original retail purchase as shown below:
- METAL PRODUCTS - PARTS AND LABOR 90 DAYS
- EPOCH FUTON FRAMES - PARTS AND LABOR 5 YEARS
- FOLDING LEG TABLES - PARTS AND LABOR 1 YEAR
- FIR AND PINE PRODUCTS - PARTS AND LABOR 5 YEARS
- BUNK BEDS AND BEDS - PARTS AND LABOR 5 YEARS
- ALL OTHER EPOCH WOOD PRODUCTS - PARTS AND LABOR 5 YEARS
- COVERS - 1 YEAR AGAINST DEFECTS IN CRAFTSMANSHIP
- ENGLANDER FUTONS & MATTRESSES - DEPENDS ON THE STYLE, ASK SALESPERSON
- YOUR FUTON MATTRESS IS GUARANTEED BY GOLD STAR WHO MAKES OUR MATTRESSES IN TACOMA, WA. (REFER TO WARRANTY TAG ON YOUR MATTRESS) WE TAKE CARE OF ALL WARRANTY ISSUES AT OUT SERVICE CENTER IN REDMOND, WA 425-284-0880.
No futon or mattress can be returned unless it is UNOPENED and IN IT'S ORIGINAL PACKAGING and UNUSED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL SALE.

What we will do:
If your product is found to be defective, FUTON FACTORY will repair or replace defective parts at no charge to the original owner. Such repair and replacement services shall be rendered by FUTON FACTORY authorized service centers during normal business hours on a CARRY-IN basis. Parts used for replacements are similarly warranted for the remainder of the warranty period.
We will not warranty futons that are excessively dirty and/or may have biological waste on them. This presents a hazard to our employees.
WHAT YOU MUST DO FOR WARRANTY SERVICE:
Return your product to a FUTON FACTORY service center with your original bill of sale. If you have any questions concerning your FUTON FACTORY product please contact our customer service department at (425) 284-0880.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover
- Products that have been subject to abuse, accident, alteration, modification, tampering, negligence, burns, tears, spoilage, shrinkage of covers, mildew, misuse, faulty installation or lack of reasonable care.
- Damage occurring from initial installation, or subsequent repair or service, unless performed by an authorized FUTON FACTORY outlet representative. Natural imperfections which are not structural and are typical of sold wood products.
- There are no expressed warranties except as listed above. FUTON FACTORY shall not be liable for loss of use of the product, inconvenience, loss or any other damages, whether direct, incidental or consequential, resulting from the use of this product, or arising out of breach of this warranty.
